Why Wagner?
Licensed for the work. Trained for the unexpected.
We went back to school, got certified, and invested in the right equipment. This isn’t guesswork.
Real people. Real follow-through.
From the first call to the last shovel, you know who you’re dealing with and what to expect.
We’ve seen it get complicated. We get it done anyway.
Underground work rarely goes exactly as planned. We know that going in.

Was very responsive and got the job done less than a week after calling. Needed sewer line replaced from the house to about 25 feet out. Will definitely use again.

Being new to an area and hoping for the best, my husband and I really lucked out by connecting with Wagner Utility & Excavating! We have been struggling with some plumbing issues in our new-to-us house and after a few unsuccessful attempts elsewhere, Cory took my call and was here the same day to troubleshoot our issue. Less than 24 hours later, he was back to do the repairs and we finally have functioning plumbing again. Definitely looking forward to working with him and his crew on our future projects. Highly, highly recommend!

Emergency service was provided to me today from Cory Wagner. He arrived promptly, had all the right equipment, explained well what the problem was and what work would be performed. He answered every question in detail that I asked. Showed me with the live camera footage the extent of the problem.
The City of Berlin recommended Cory Wagner and so do I after having him respond to my emergency and repair my problem.

Corey and his crew literally saved me and my property. He came to the rescue when my farm lost access to water and had a water break outside causing an excessive amount of water to free flow everywhere. I had called around and nobody could help but when I called Corey he came to the rescue that day as soon as he could make it. He was incredibly professional, he explained everything, he made sure to stay in contract with me the whole time, and did a quick and efficient job. I highly recommend him and his company. I am so thankful and so are all the animals.

Cory and Logan did an outstanding job in waterproofing our older basement. They proposed different options and thoroughly explained what would be the best. Definitely recommend them for your excavation projects.

Cory & son Logan were super easy to work with…answered any questions we had always on time. From start to finish-demolishing our old garage, digging footings for new attached garage. Very satisfied!

Professional. Responded to calls and texts. He took our smaller project and made it still feel important. Gave excellent advice. Did the job on time as promised. Reasonably priced. Very pleased with the work. Quality job. Would definitely hire again for future projects. Highly recommended.
